SERVICES

Support for the person, and for the family.

Whether the struggle is addiction, a mental health crisis, or both, there are people ready to help. Every situation is different. We start by listening, then build a plan that fits your family.

01

Interventions

An intervention is a planned, caring conversation in which family members and loved ones share their concerns and invite someone to accept help for addiction, a mental health crisis, or both. The preparation matters as much as the conversation itself, and so does the hope behind it: people do get better.

  • An initial conversation to understand the situation
  • Preparing family members: what to say, what to avoid, and what to expect
  • Guiding the intervention conversation
  • Helping arrange treatment or other support if the person agrees

[Add details of your approach and any credentials or training here.]

02

Family support

Families carry a great deal when someone they love is struggling. We help the people closest to the situation find steadier ground, whether or not their loved one is ready for help.

  • Setting healthy boundaries without cutting off connection
  • Communicating during stressful moments
  • Understanding addiction and mental health challenges
  • Looking after your own wellbeing along the way

[Add format here: one-on-one sessions, family sessions, groups, in person or virtual.]

03

Next-step planning

Knowing what comes after the first conversation makes the difference. We help families understand the options and plan realistic next steps.

  • Explaining levels of care and what each involves
  • Helping families evaluate treatment programs and providers
  • Planning for the transition home and the weeks that follow
  • Staying in touch as the situation changes

[Add details of referral relationships or follow-up support, if any.]
